'quod' : the antecedent here is, as so often with 'quod' an infinitive or a construction with an infinitive : temerare cubile patrium ; she wanted to make love to his father(s); the plural with 'patrium' surprises me a bit. Had this guy several fathers? Is the plural here required to make good with the metre of the vs(?)
