"auxilium" is the dir. obj. of "orantium" and "eius" subjective gen. referring to Suetonius. A subjective gen. is equivalent to the subject of the verbal action implied by the noun it modifies; here, "Suetonius auxiliat," actually "Suetonius non auxiliat."
